BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE ARTS CLASSROOM

This workshop series is designed for dance educators who want to enter into a process of self-examination and teacher reflection. Participates will meet online or in-person, in a community of educators, to examine how race shows up in their teaching practice and in their lives. Participants will be given building blocks to de-center Whiteness in dance; as well as strategies to address race and racism in the classroom.
